On April 15, Diana Katz Gerstel moderated a panel at the International Association of Defense Counsel’s (IADC) Corporate Counsel Training Academy in Chicago.

The program, “Do’s and Don’ts for In-House and Outside Counsel,” explored how in-house and outside counsel can build more effective partnerships through improved efficiency, collaboration, and trust. The discussion covered practical strategies and common pitfalls, including aligning with business objectives, calibrating risk tolerance, tailoring communication styles, managing expectations, and fostering proactive collaboration.
