On October 12, Tom Fawkes and Brian Jackiw presented “Legal Options for Dealing With Delinquent Customers” at the Hitachi Americas Credit Managers Meeting. The presentation, made to credit professionals from each of Hitachi’s U.S. operating divisions, focused on the wide variety of legal remedies that are available to secured and unsecured creditors in the event of a customer default, including breach of contract, judicial and non-judicial foreclosure, guaranty enforcement, and claims for recovery of fraudulent transfers.
