On May 15, John McCaffrey moderated the panel on trials – one of three judicial panels of magistrate and district court judges – at the Federal Bar Association (FBA) Northern District of Ohio Chapter (NDOC) Inaugural N.D. Ohio Bench-Bar Conference. The judges discussed a range of litigation topics, including discovery, case management conferences, motion practice, brief writing, oral advocacy, and trials, as well as shared their insights and offered practical advice for civil and criminal practitioners.
