On November 15, John Favret, III and Patricia Seifert spoke at the Ohio Landscape Association (OLA) annual meeting in Cleveland. John and Pat presented “Getting Paid: Good Contracts and Mechanic’s Liens,” outlining contract requirements under Ohio law and the basic steps necessary and common mistakes to avoid to preserve and perfect a mechanic’s lien.
