On October 16, Caroline Tinsley moderated a panel discussion, “Connecting the Courtroom and the C-Suite: Strategic Insights on Collaborating Across Legal Roles,” at DRI’s 2025 Annual Meeting in Chicago. Caroline and the panelists – Louis Lambert, SVP & General Counsel with APi Group; Michelle Bogosh, Senior Counsel with ADM; and Chris Pickett, Partner with UB Greensfelder – explored the distinct responsibilities of each role across a range of legal matters and shared how legal teams can align strategy, improve communication, and build effective working relationships across jurisdictions and organizational structures.
