On March 6, Brian Brookey and David Galin were panelists in a live webinar, “Administrative Patent Invalidity Proceedings in the U.S.,” to the Italian Institute of IP Attorneys. Brian and David spoke specifically on the post grant review process for challenging the validity of an issued patent before the United States Patent and Trademark Office – including invalidity grounds, timing and costs, and benefits and drawbacks.
