Kelly A. Baldini

Kelly Baldini represents companies in complex civil litigation involving life sciences, mass torts, product liability, intellectual property, and commercial disputes.

Kelly works closely with pharmaceutical and medical device companies, insurance companies, and other businesses through all phases of litigation to develop practical strategies that achieve efficient and favorable results.

Kelly has substantial experience in high-stakes matters in both trial and appellate courts. She has helped secure complete defense verdicts, summary judgment victories, and successful appeals in cases involving product liability, copyright infringement, breach of contract, and related business claims.

Outside the office, Kelly enjoys traveling, playing arcade basketball, group fitness classes, and playing with her golden retriever, Boomer.
