On January 27, M.D. Akinmurele presented to the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) on the new law that allows homeowners to separately sell and convey their accessory dwelling units (ADU). In addition to exploring the law and its zoning, regulatory, and title implications, she discussed its practicality and the perspective of mortgage lenders.
