On May 15, John McCaffrey will moderate the panel on trials – one of three judicial panels of magistrate and district court judges – at the Federal Bar Association (FBA) Northern District of Ohio Chapter (NDOC) Inaugural N.D. Ohio Bench-Bar Conference. The judges will discuss a range of litigation topics, including discovery, case management conferences, motion practice, brief writing, oral advocacy, and trials, as well as share their insights and offer practical advice for civil and criminal practitioners.
