Sahar Pezeshki
Sahar Pezeshki focuses her practice on complex commercial and business disputes.
Sahar represents publicly traded and privately held companies, partnerships, high-net-worth entrepreneurs and business owners, real estate developers, shareholders, and individuals in high-stakes commercial disputes involving breach of contract, business torts, fraud, and fiduciary duty claims in state and federal courts. She is experienced in drafting substantive pleadings, briefs, and motions and in assisting in all phases of litigation through trial preparation.
Before beginning her legal career, Sahar worked as a financial analyst, where she developed experience reviewing financial records, accounting documents, and complex business transactions. Her background in economics and finance provides valuable insight when analyzing commercial disputes involving financial and corporate issues.
In her free time, Sahar enjoys taking ballet classes, cooking, going to the beach, and spending time with her loved ones.
