Rose Carlyon

Rose Carlyon utilizes her strong writing and analytical skills to support Tucker Ellis attorneys firmwide.

Rose supports clients across a range of practice areas, from assisting with motion practice and engaging in discovery to researching nuanced legal issues.

She has particular interest and experience in business litigation and commercial dispute resolution, bolstered by having served as a three-year brief-writer and oralist on the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team of her alma mater, Case Western Reserve University School of Law. On the corporate side, Rose served as an extern for the University Hospitals Health Systems, where she honed her skills by researching nationwide laws to provide guidance and ensure corporate compliance. These interesting and varied experiences have prepared her to effectively support and serve clients in a variety of areas of law.

Rose has committed her legal training to experiences that prepare her for a successful legal career. Her dedication and attention to detail allowed her to excel academically and awarded her an externship with federal Magistrate Judge Thomas Parker in the Northern District of Ohio.

As a native of Northeast Ohio, Rose enjoys staying active, especially being outside and hiking in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. When she isn’t traveling, you can find her playing in volleyball tournaments, checking out the Cleveland food scene, and spending time with loved ones.
