Maha M. Kabbash

Twenty-five years into her career, Maha is a soup-to-nuts litigator. Her practical experience infuses every stage of defending a product liability lawsuit – from drafting pleadings to written and electronic discovery, taking depositions of plaintiffs and treating providers, preparing and representing company employees at their depositions, developing expert reports and testimony, and engaging in motion practice – through trial.

Maha is a fiercely proud “Jersey Girl.” Outside of work, she loves live music of (almost) any variety, being groupie-in-chief at her husband’s and children’s rock gigs, and singing in the church choir. She also enjoys pilates, home design, and time spent down the shore.
