Daniel J. Kloos
Daniel Kloos dedicates his practice to estate planning and probate and trust administration.
Dan works closely with individuals and families to develop estate plans tailored to their specific needs and that align with their goals. He advises clients on gifting strategies, probate avoidance, tax considerations, and business succession planning.
Dan counsels fiduciaries on the probate and trust administration process, assisting families from the initial stages of administration through the distribution of assets to beneficiaries. He also has experience assisting clients in probate litigation matters, including contested guardianships, will contest, and breach of fiduciary duty actions.
In his spare time, Dan enjoys fly fishing with friends and family.
