C. Claire Turtle
C. Claire Turtle defends clients in complex civil litigation with a particular focus on products and premises liability.
Claire assists clients across a range of practice areas, with a particular focus on mass tort and product liability matters, as well as business litigation and employment matters. She handles cases from inception of litigation through resolution and routinely drafts pleadings, manages discovery, drafts dispositive motions, takes and defends depositions, and negotiates resolutions.
In her free time, Claire is an adjunct professor at The Ohio State University. She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and two golden retrievers.
