Alexis D. Bovell
Alexis Bovell counsels financial lending institutions and real estate owners and developers in a variety of real estate finance transactions.
Alexis has experience representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies and other privately held and public company clients across a wide range of industries in transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, sale processes, equity financing, commercial contracting, general corporate matters, and business development.
Outside of the office, Alexis enjoys interior design, staying active, and attending sporting and concert events with family and friends.

- Served as M&A counsel to a privately owned construction company in its purchase of a Southeastern U.S.-based general contracting company, expanding the client’s growth and regional footprint
- Served as legal counsel to an Ohio-based electrical distribution company in its acquisition by a portfolio company of a Midwestern private equity firm with over $1 billion in investments; the transaction’s complicated structuring included an F reorganization and post-closing employment and real property agreements
- Served as legal counsel to a private equity firm’s manufacturing portfolio company in its acquisition of a woman-owned, California-based manufacturing business
