Alexis D. Bovell

Alexis Bovell counsels financial lending institutions and real estate owners and developers in a variety of real estate finance transactions.

Alexis has experience representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies and other privately held and public company clients across a wide range of industries in transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, sale processes, equity financing, commercial contracting, general corporate matters, and business development.

Outside of the office, Alexis enjoys interior design, staying active, and attending sporting and concert events with family and friends.
