Alex Chamchikh advises financial institutions, capital providers, and real estate developers in a broad array of financing transactions.
Alex counsels lenders in a wide range of financing transactions, with a particular focus on commercial real estate lending. His practice covers a variety of asset classes, including shopping centers, hotels, and residential and housing developments. His work includes acquisition, construction, and loan refinancing, along with bridge and portfolio financings.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Alex worked at a tax consulting firm, managing client projects involving technical and accounting analyses to support audit readiness and defensible reporting, which now informs his ability to navigate complex financial and operational issues for clients.
In his free time, Alex enjoys playing basketball and swimming, and he is an avid Lakers fan.
