Tucker Ellis Welcomes New Partner Caroline Tinsley to MedPharm Group

April 2018

Ms. Tinsley defends leading product manufacturers in mass tort and product liability matters, with particular expertise in medical device and pharmaceutical liability. She manages litigation for manufacturers and distributors of consumer products, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. Ms. Tinsley is experienced in multidistrict litigation and class action product litigation in industries ranging from board games to medical devices and pharmaceutical products. She also defends clients in matters involving products such as all-terrain vehicles, industrial equipment, amusement rides, scaffolding, manufactured homes, and aviation.

Ms. Tinsley joins Tucker Ellis’s growing St. Louis office from Baker Sterchi Cowden & Rice L.L.C., where she was a partner. She received her law degree cum laude from Saint Louis University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.
