Tucker Ellis has been named to BTI Litigation Outlook 2024, a new report released by BTI Consulting Group. Tucker Ellis is among 58 “upmarket litigation” firms – down from 70 firms in 2021 – that have increased their status as clients’ first and preferred providers. The firms were selected based on corporate counsel law firm preferences in eight key litigation segments. They are characterized by investing more to outpace clients’ rapidly changing needs and communicating with clients, including providing early assessments, helping them plan for what’s next, and sharing insight into new and novel claims and strategies.
