On October 24, Tucker Ellis wrapped up the second installment of the firm’s 2025 Litigation Institute. Over the course of the two-day sessions held in September and October, 39 associates from across the country – plus 29 counsel, partners, and retired partners serving as faculty – gathered in Cleveland to participate in the annual program designed to sharpen the litigation and courtroom skills of our junior trial lawyers.

The focus of this year’s Litigation Institute was “Drafting and Arguing Motions for Summary Judgment.” Participants engaged in advanced training, mentorship, and collaboration, with the aim of ensuring that our trial teams are fully prepared to meet the complex needs of our clients.
