Three Tucker Ellis Attorneys Recognized in Crain’s Cleveland Business’s 2026 Notable Women in Law

Tucker Ellis is pleased to announce that partners Chelsea Mikula, Christine Snyder, and Jennifer Steinmetz have been named to Crain’s Cleveland Business’s 2026 Notable Women in Law list. The annual recognition highlights accomplished attorneys across Northeast Ohio who have demonstrated excellence in their legal practice, leadership within their organizations, and meaningful service to their communities.

Chelsea Mikula is co-chair of the Tucker Ellis Business Litigation Group and represents clients nationwide in complex commercial litigation. Her practice includes high-stakes disputes involving business torts, breach of contract, as well as litigation involving employee stock ownership plans. She is known for her trial work and has significant trial experience in bet the company type litigation.

Christine Snyder is co-chair of the Tucker Ellis Labor & Employment Group. She advises employers on employment law compliance, provides preventive counseling, and defends them before the EEOC, OCRC, and in state and federal courts. Her practice includes wage-and-hour class actions, discrimination and retaliation claims, noncompete and trade secrets disputes, ERISA litigation, workplace investigations, and employment agreements, policies, and training.

Jennifer Steinmetz defends hospitals and physicians in complex local matters and represents product manufacturers in high-stakes litigation nationwide. With 24 years of experience, she serves as first-chair trial counsel and a trusted strategist on scientific and medical issues, leading multidisciplinary teams and managing national product dockets, including MDLs and consolidated proceedings.
