Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The multi-phased selection process includes independent research, peer nominations, and peer evaluations.

Rising Stars are outstanding attorneys age 40 or under, or who have been practicing for no more than 10 years. They are nominated by lawyers who have personally observed them in action. An attorney-led research team reviews the nominations and assigns points based on a set of defined evaluation criteria.
