On March 1, Susan Racey – Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section (EPTPL) treasurer – testified before the Ohio House Civil Justice Committee in support of legislative proposal S.B. 210, which would allow for postnuptial agreements in Ohio.
