Sandy Wunderlich has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Franklin County (Missouri) CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates). Court Appointed Special Advocates are specially trained community volunteers appointed by Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court judges to speak in the best interest of children who are brought before the court for reasons of abuse or neglect. The National CASA/GAL Association, together with state and local member programs, supports and promotes court-appointed volunteer advocacy so every child who has experienced abuse or neglect can be safe, have a permanent home, and the opportunity to thrive. Sandy previously served as a CASA volunteer.
