Tucker Ellis attorneys Raymond Marvar and Victoria Vance participated in a Healthcare Reform Update panel on September 13 at the Union Club hosted by the Northern Ohio Italian American (NOIA) Foundation, an organization of 250 Northeast Ohio business and corporate leaders of Italian ancestry. The discussion focused on the impact that reform will have on local employers, and highlighted the timeline for implementing key reforms, described new tax reporting obligations, and identified factors that may influence the benefit offerings for large and small group employees.  Joining in the discussion were representatives from The Fedeli Group and Ciuni and Panichi, Inc.
