Melissa Kelly has been elected Vice Chair of the Board of Red Oak Behavioral Health, a community mental health organization that advocates for children, youth, and adults and provides professional and compassionate care using best practices and trauma-informed approaches. Melissa previously served as Board Secretary from 2020 to 2023.
