Jayne Juvan has been elected an executive officer and will serve as corporate secretary of Providence House. Providence House is Ohio’s first and one of the nation’s longest-operating crisis nurseries offering free, voluntary, non-custodial emergency shelter to children newborn through age 12 who are actively living in crisis situations and support services to their families to help them stay together. Jayne has served on its board of directors since 2024.

Providence House has cared for and advocated for more than 15,000 children and families in crisis since 1981 through a holistic, integrated program focused on family preservation. Last year, Providence House served 876 children and families across 37 zip codes in Northeast Ohio.
