“We’re pleased that Josh has chosen to continue his career with Tucker Ellis,” said Business Litigation Chair Tom Simmons. “His experience in international business and arbitration will bolster the deep bench of talent in our commercial litigation practice and widen our capabilities to serve our clients internationally.”

Mr. Fellenbaum’s experience includes serving as counsel, tribunal secretary, and advisor in international disputes covering sectors including mining, banking, energy, automotive, commodities, insurance, telecommunications, and infrastructure. He is also experienced in representing clients in matters concerning state responsibility and public international law. Previously, he served as a vice chair of the International Arbitration Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of International Law.

Before joining Tucker Ellis, Mr. Fellenbaum worked for leading law firms in Australia, Sweden, and England. He relies on his diverse experience working in both the common and civil legal systems and with various types of disputes to strategically advise clients throughout each step of the applicable dispute resolution process and is particularly experienced in successfully resolving matters for clients before they proceed to full-blown arbitration or litigation proceedings.
