He also serves as lead advisor to private, family-held businesses in connection with ownership succession, equity restructurings, and liquidity events, as well as transactions to resolve major voting deadlocks. In addition, Brian advises on high-profile corporate real estate projects and development transactions nationwide, including numerous corporate headquarters projects. In the finance space, he represents borrowers and lenders in asset-based, cash-flow, and acquisition financings, including syndicated credit facilities, mezzanine financings, and public-private partnerships.
