Ashley Gault has been appointed as a Council Member to the Real Property Law Section Council of the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA). As a member of the Council, Ashley will serve in a leadership role, supervising the affairs of the Real Property Law Section, receiving and considering reports from its committee, and taking action as needed. The Council also comments on bills before the Ohio General Assembly and drafts legislative proposals to improve existing real property laws.
