Leadership Council on Legal Diversity

Committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession

Tucker Ellis is a proud partner of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.

Ed Racek, Tayler Gill, and Edet Nsemo comprised our 2025 LCLD Class.

Founded in 2009, the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are committed to creating an environment where all talent can thrive.

Each year, Tucker Ellis sponsors several attorneys to take part in LCLD’s career development programs:

  • The Fellows Program provides high-potential, mid-career attorneys with professional and personal development opportunities, leadership training, relationship-building resources, and access to LCLD Members (Managing Partners and General Counsel).
  • Designed for high-potential, early-career attorneys, the Pathfinder Program offers a year-long journey that builds leadership skills, fosters meaningful connections, and enhances career development.

In 2024 and 2025, LCLD recognized Tucker Ellis as a Top Performer for demonstrating a high level of participation in LCLD’s initiatives and programs throughout the year. In 2025, LCLD also recognized Tucker Ellis with a Compass Award, which recognizes organizations that complete all key LCLD engagement activities in a single year: member participation, Fellow and Pathfinder nominations, and involvement in a pipeline program.
