On November 12,Tucker Ellis was the title sponsor of The Beauty & Supplement Regulatory Exchange, held at American University, Washington College of Law, in Washington, D.C. The event focused on supplements and cosmetics, with an emphasis on “beauty from within,” and brought together executives from the wellness and cosmetics industries, CBD growers, and regulatory and other experts.

Speakers included major industry players, including Metagenics and Amway. A big supporter of the conference, Matt Kaplan was in attendance, and Ronie Schmelz served as a master of ceremonies, welcoming attendees and introducing speakers. She also spoke on a panel that discussed the impact of the Farm Bill and how the refinement of federal rules and regulations for CBD may affect the cosmetics, personal care products, and dietary supplements industries.
