On October 21, Tony Petruzzi spoke at the Advanced Appellate Advocacy Seminar at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Tony joined Judge Michelle J. Sheehan of the Eighth District Court of Appeals to discuss Ohio Civil Rule 37(E) and the preservation of electronically stored information (ESI), including consequences for failure to take reasonable steps to preserve it.
