On July 18, Tod Northman co-presented a myLawCLE, “Understanding Series LLC: Legal Formation and Tax Strategies.” Tod  explained the basics of series LLCs – including definition and origins, how they are established and governed, key components, and differentiation from traditional LLCs and corporations – as well as advantages and disadvantages.
