On November 3, Pete Igel spoke at the 60th Annual Cleveland Tax Institute, Cleveland’s longest running tax CLE. Pete was a panel participant on the topic of negotiating the sale of an S corporation. The annual Institute is sponsored by the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
