On March 1, Mollie Benedict participated in “State-Federal Coordination,” a judicial conference geared toward mid- and senior-level lawyers. The unique program, sponsored by Emory Law Institute for Complex Litigation and Mass Claims, featured 18 state and federal judges; prominent in-house, plaintiffs’, and defense counsel; and the Rules Committee. Attendees learned how to improve their law practice and heard first-hand from the judges how to most effectively represent clients in their courtrooms. The conference was held in Newport Beach, California.
