On October 20, Laura Hong led a panel discussing intergenerational perspectives on gender and women in the workplace at The Academy for Inclusive Leadership and Development. The Academy, now in its second year, is a multi-session program presented by Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) School of Law over three days.

The panelists will facilitate a dialogue with participants on various issues women face in law firms, legal organizations, and the legal profession as a whole. Participants will develop skills to apply in their legal workplaces and prepare them to take on leadership roles to effect change.
