On June 25, Laura Hong, together with Catherine Mohan and Mahsa Kashani Tippins, discussed “Ethics – Hot Topics” at the 2021 Defense Asbestos Litigation Seminar (DALS). Laura and her co-presenters took a deep dive into recent ethics issues presented in the litigation arena in discovery, hearings, and at trial, highlighting prickly ethical issues that arise in asbestos litigation and discussing how courts and clients have responded.
