On September 19, Joe Morford spoke at Ark Group’s second annual Law Firm Pricing & Profitability Conference in San Francisco. The conference provided a unique platform for discussion around the development and optimization of “pricing strategy.” Participants addressed how to best align partner behavior to avoid pricing mistakes and discussed how and where pricing and overall firm strategy intersect.
