Jayne Juvan to Speak on Fiduciary Leadership and Governance at Private Directors Association Program
April 7, 2026
On April 15, 2026, Jayne Juvan will be speaking in Chicago at a program hosted by the Private Director’s Association, focused on insights from PwC’s 2025 Annual Corporate Director’s Survey – Critical Intelligence for Today’s Directors.
Jayne’s remarks will center on the legal fiduciary framework and the role that authentic, values-driven leadership plays in effective compliance. She has long advocated for a “golden rule” approach to corporate governance, grounded in the principle that directors who treat stakeholders as they themselves would wish to be treated are often the most effective stewards of long-term value.
The program will also address practical strategies for navigating challenging board dynamics, including managing dysfunctional or ineffective director situations and fostering a productive relationship between the board and management.
At its core, the discussion will reinforce a central theme: strong governance is not merely a best practice—it is a driver of sustainable growth and enterprise value. A commitment to sound governance principles plays an essential role in reducing risk and supporting an organization’s long-term success.
