On November 30, Jason Torf presented a webinar hosted by the Credit & Financial Development Division (CFDD) Kansas City Chapter of the National Association of Credit Management (NACM). Jason explained and analyzed Bankruptcy Code subchapter V, which was added in 2020 to create a more efficient and economical process for small business debtors to reorganize, but which impacts the rights that creditors have versus a traditional chapter 11 bankruptcy.
