Howard Kroll Comments on NASS Conference Presentation in INTABulletin

On April 1, INTABulletin quoted Howard Kroll on his presentation on behalf of INTA (International Trademark Association) at the National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) Conference in Washington, D.C. At the conference, Howard explained the difference between a trademark and a business name and fielded questions from the secretaries of state.

“Based on the questions raised by the secretaries of state, the need to avoid confusion between a trademark and a business name is clearly an issue that has been resonating in the states and the business community,” Howard commented.
