On March 17, Dan Messeloff and Melissa Kelly co-presented a seminar at the annual conference of the Canton Chapter of the American Payroll Association, held at the Football Hall of Fame. Dan and Melissa tackled “The Most Common Payroll Mistakes and How Legal Guidance Can Fix Them,” which included a discussion of a range of ways for companies to avoid violating federal and state wage-and-hour laws. They also addressed attendees’ day-to-day concerns on compliance with the complex wage-and-hour law landscape.
