On November 5, Bill Beseth was a panelist at the 53^rd Annual Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) Estate Planning Institute, part of the first-ever “Institute Summit” at Huntington Bank Field. Bill joined co-presenter Franklin Malemud, Partner with McDonald Hopkins, and moderator Brian Kampman, Partner with Weston Hurd, to present “Litigation Issues Spotting” related to estate, trust, and other fiduciary litigation. The presentation was designed to assist estate planners and those representing fiduciaries with identifying risk indicators in an effort to reduce the likelihood of litigation.
