On October 21, Caroline Tinsley spoke at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) 2026 Products Liability & Life Sciences Regional CLE Program in Philadelphia. Caroline was a panelist discussing “Courting Jurisdiction: Pro Hac Vice in Favorable Forum.” The presentation broke down the procedural mechanisms that litigators can use to block opposing counsel from gaining a foothold in heavily shopped forums. The panelists revealed how to identify vulnerabilities in pro hac vice applications, file successful motions to revoke guest admissions, and use strict local rules to disrupt the opposition’s trial team deployment before the first deposition is ever taken.
