On October 29, Jenn Mesko moderated “Litigating with Machines: How AI is Changing the Class Action Playbook” at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) 2026 Class Actions National Institute in Las Vegas. The program provided a practitioner-level examination of the tools and workflows that are changing the economics and strategy of class action practice on both sides of the “v.” Panelists walked through real-world applications of AI across the life cycle of a case, including claim identification, data aggregation, case management, AI-assisted drafting, and predictive analytics for settlement valuation.
