Tucker Ellis Partners Thomas Fawkes and Brian Jackiw attended client TD SYNNEX Corporation’s Legal Summit, held in conjunction with the company’s Inspire Conference, on October 7 in Greenville, South Carolina. Thomas joined Ben Baab, Vice President, Credit of TD SYNNEX, for “UCC Article 2 Seller Remedies,” a presentation addressing legal remedies available to sellers under Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
