Jordan Holden
Jordan Holden helps clients navigate high-stakes litigation as a member of the Tucker Ellis Health & Life Sciences Group.
Jordan assists clients through all phases of litigation, bringing a practical approach to case management, written advocacy, discovery, and dispute resolution. His prior experience spans all stages of litigation, including preparing for and conducting depositions; drafting dispositive motions, pleadings, stipulations, and other litigation documents; managing all phases of written discovery; conducting legal research; developing case strategy; appearing in court for case management conferences and motion hearings; and participating in mediations and settlement negotiations. His practice experience includes matters involving general liability, business litigation, habitability, ADA, and construction defect claims.
Jordan developed his client-service mindset at UC Irvine School of Law, where – under attorney supervision – he advised startups and small businesses through the law school’s Startup and Small Business Clinic and represented clients through its Criminal Justice Clinic.
As part of his commitment to serving the community, Jordan provides pro bono legal services through Christian Legal Aid of Los Angeles. He previously served as President of the Christian Legal Society at UC Irvine School of Law and as a Pre-Law Outreach Mentor.
In his personal time, Jordan enjoys basketball, snowboarding, pickleball, and fishing.
