Erin Lindberg

Erin Lindberg is an experienced litigator defending clients in a variety of matters at every stage of litigation.

With nearly a decade of litigation experience, Erin has handled cases in all phases of litigation, from early case assessment and discovery through trial preparation and resolution. Prior to joining Tucker Ellis, Erin practiced at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in San Francisco where she defended clients in professional liability, product liability, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death matters.

Erin developed an early and enduring interest in medicine, shaped in part by her mother’s work as a physician and her own curiosity about the science underlying injury and disease. This background informs her litigation practice, particularly in the defense of cases involving complex injuries and intricate causation issues.

Erin has authored articles, developed CLE content, and advised law firms on legal ethics and malpractice risk management strategies. Her work in this area provides her with a unique perspective on litigation strategy, professional standards, and the practical realities facing legal practitioners. Erin also has experience in financial compliance and risk management, further broadening her ability to counsel clients facing regulatory and operational risk.

In her spare time, Erin enjoys hiking, playing on a local softball team, and spending time with her dog.
