On March 19, Sandy Wunderlich was a panelist at the 2026 IPOwners Spring Summit in Washington, D.C. In presenting “Ethical Decision-Making for Legal Leaders,” Sandy, along with three in-house counsel co-panelists – Michael King of Caterpillar Inc., Ceyda Maisami of HP Inc., and Erik Perez of Shell USA, Inc. – discussed, among other things, how to evaluate and make decisions under stress; how much input to receive from their team or outside resources; how much data is enough or too much; and how to evaluate decisions while maintaining integrity when viewed by others.
