Charlotte Godart
Charlotte Godart is a technology-forward attorney who uses her digital investigations background to protect clients’ intellectual property.
Charlotte focuses her practice on trademark and copyright prosecution and litigation. She complements her legal training with significant experience in open-source intelligence (OSINT), digital authentication, and international evidentiary methodologies.
Her previous work as a digital evidence researcher and instructor reflects a sophisticated understanding of how information is created, manipulated, and authenticated online—core issues for IP counsel confronting questions of originality, ownership, infringement, chain-of-custody, and the integrity of digital assets. These skills now help her to prove and protect clients’ intellectual property in an increasingly digital and global environment.
Away from work, Charlotte enjoys camping and hiking along the Pacific coast, visiting family in France, and reading a good book.
